By default, meeting recordings in Teams expire in 120 days.
In cases where you need the videos for longer, you may either download them to another location or extend the expiration period.
Extend Video Expiration
Please note that you should only extend the expiration on videos that are really needed. Video storage counts against your personal or team storage - depending how the meeting was started - which counts against the overall storage that the University has available in the Microsoft cloud.
After a meeting recorded has concluded, you'll receive a notice in the meeting chat when the video processing is complete and the video is available.

Hover your mouse over Expires in 120 days and click Change the expiration date.

This will open the video's Microsoft Stream page. From here, you can click the video's expiration date and set a new expiration or remove it completely.
