Call forwarding allows a user to forward the incoming calls to any other number in case the primary number is busy, out of coverage area, switched-off or not answering calls.
To manually forward your phone from campus and have the calls forwarded - follow the steps in the appropriate option below depending on which phone you have.
OPTION A
If you have a phone that looks similar to the following, you can only call forward the line on the top button. Press CFwdAll or Fwd All and enter the number you want to forward to, just as you would dial it. Be sure to include 9 + area code + phone number if forwarding off campus. To cancel, press CFwdAll or Fwd Off.
OPTION B
If your phone looks similar to the following, you can forward any line. Press the button of the line you want to forward. Press Forward All and enter the number you want to forward to. Be sure to include 9 + area code + phone number if forwarding off campus. To cancel press Forward Off.
