How do I retrieve messages from my office phone?

  1. Press the button next to the line with voice mail (blinking envelope next to it)
  2. Press the Messages Button
  3. Enter the password followed by # 
  4. Press 1 to Listen
  5. Press 2 to Save 
  6. Press 3 to Delete
